As a B2C Collections Team Leader

You will lead, coach, and elevate a high-impact collections team, driving consistent results while ensuring compliance, transparency, and operational discipline. This role blends people leadership with performance analytics—setting direction, optimizing workflows, auditing accounts, and cultivating a culture defined by accountability and continuous improvement.

• Salary: Up to PHP 60,000
• Incentives: Up to PHP 20,000 monthly
• Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
• Location: JEG Tower, Cebu
• Shift: Night Shift
• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Team Leader within a Collections Department
• Industry: Fintech / Consumer Lending

As a B2C Collections Specialist

You will manage past-due consumer accounts for an international fintech lender, engaging customers with professionalism and precision. This role focuses on assessing delinquency, negotiating repayment solutions, maintaining accurate documentation, and consistently meeting performance benchmarks in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

• Salary: Up to PHP 45,000
• Incentives: Up to PHP 20,000 monthly
• Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
• Location: JEG Tower, Cebu
• Shift: Night Shift
• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of B2C collections
• Industry: Fintech / Consumer Lending
